Terms of use for stick-with-me.com. Plain language, and it means what it says. Last updated 27 July 2026.
This is not a crisis service
stick with me is a wall of notes from strangers. It is not counselling, therapy, medical advice, or emergency help. Nobody is monitoring it. A note you leave might not be read for hours, or ever, and the people who reply are not trained — they are strangers.
If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please reach a person who can actually help, right now:
- Emergency services — 999, 911, 112, or your local number.
- US — call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741.
- Anywhere — findahelpline.com lists free, confidential helplines by country.
Please don't use the wall to reach someone in an emergency, and please don't rely on it in place of care.
What this is
An open wall. Anyone can read it. Anyone can stick a note on it. There are no accounts — notes are signed “a stranger” unless you type a name yourself.
Using the wall
- You must be 13 or older to leave a note. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian first.
- One note per person every half hour. Please don't work around that.
- Notes are public and permanent-ish: for fifteen minutes after you stick one, your own browser can peel it back off. After that, it stays unless it is removed for a reason below.
- Don't attempt to break, flood, scrape wholesale, or automate the wall.
What not to put on the wall
This is a place for support. Do not post:
- Harassment, threats, hate, or abuse of any person or group.
- Anything sexual involving minors, or sexual content generally.
- Personal information about anyone — names plus locations, phone numbers, addresses, workplaces, or anything that identifies a private person. Including your own.
- Content encouraging suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating.
- Advertising, spam, links, scams, or solicitation.
- Anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to post.
- Impersonation of a real person or organisation.
Drawings count as content. The same rules apply to doodles.
Your words stay yours
You keep the copyright in whatever you write or draw. By sticking it on the wall you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, archive and back it up as part of the wall, including in any later archive of this wall. You can end that licence for a specific note by peeling it within the fifteen minutes, or by asking us to remove it (see below) — though copies may persist in backups or in other people's screenshots, which we cannot recall.
You confirm the note is yours to post and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
Moderation
This is a small project run by one person. We are not able to review everything before it appears — notes go up immediately. We can and do remove anything, for any reason, without notice, and can close the wall entirely.
To report a note, email dyson@plotflow.io with the note's coordinates (hover a note to see them) or a screenshot. If a note is about you, or contains your personal information, say so and it will be prioritised. We aim to respond quickly but make no guarantee of a response time.
If you believe something on the wall infringes your copyright, email the same address with the note's location, proof of your rights, and your contact details.
No promises
The wall is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may go down, lose data, or disappear. Notes may be deleted, at any time, deliberately or by accident.
Other people wrote almost everything here. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for what strangers say. Words from a stranger are not advice — treat them as what they are.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the wall or from anything posted on it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These rules may change. The date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the wall means the new version applies to you.
